We have helped many of our customers to start from scratch by advising them on their broadband package and their equipment (e.g. computer, wireless, etc), setting it all up for them, spending time with them until they have felt confident using it and then providing telephone or in-home assistance as needed. As a result, these customers (the oldest of whom is over 80 years of age) are successfully and confidently using email, surfing the Internet, creating and printing letters and so on.

We can also help customers who have already bought their computer, broadband, wireless or other equipment by assisting with problem resolution, repairs or confidence building and we have many years experience in helping and supporting retired computer users.

We can help you choose your broadband package, guide you through the sign-up process, install your broadband equipment (modem or Router, wired or wireless) and set up your email. We can also troubleshoot any broadband problems you may have.

We can network your home or business computers so that they can share a single printer and broadband connection. Networking also allows you to share files, i.e. music, photographs, documents, etc, between your computers. We can also troubleshoot any networking problems you may have.

We can repair, troubleshoot and upgrade all brands of PCs, laptops and notebooks. We have particular expertise in working with DELL computers.

We can professionally install and set up your computer for you which includes making it easier to use and more secure, transferring your old files and Internet favourites, setting up your Internet access and email, installing security software, etc.

We realise the importance of feeling confident when you use your computer equipment and we can give you personal computer tuition to enable you to gain that confidence. We will spend as much time with you as you need to learn how to use Windows Vista or Windows XP, surf the Internet and use email, use MSN Messenger or Skype to keep in touch with family and friends, create and print letters, etc. We can also show you how to use your digital camera, printer/scanner/copier and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) including the 2007 version. We can do this on a one-to-one basis at your home or business premises.

We can recover digital photographs and music files that have been accidentally deleted from memory cards, memory sticks and portable devices (digital cameras, iPODs, Media Players, etc). Note: In order to maximise the chances of recovery, as soon as you discover that pictures or music have been lost you should stop using the memory card, memory stick or portable device until the recovery process has been completed.

We help retired people gain their confidence by offering personal computer tuition on a one-to-one basis in their home and by being easily accessible by telephone if any problems occur. Wireless networking also allows you to share files, i.e. music, photographs, documents, etc, between your wireless devices, e.g. computers, wireless handheld devices, etc. Most wireless networks are not secure by default, which means that neighbours or passers by can access your broadband connection and computers as easily as you can!
